The national clean water group American Rivers has released a resource "to provide legal resources to support, encourage, and engage communities experiencing environmental injustice. This toolkit includes a set of six guides for local communities and organizations to either start or supplement their environmental justice efforts."

Anne Tazewell has announced her upcoming retirement after almost two decades as an advocate for solar and other renewable energy technologies through the North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center at NC State University. In her role as the center's Senior Special Projects Manager, she has worked to spread the implementation of clean energy technology around the state. We thank Anne for her change-making work in the trenches of the clean energy revolution in North Carolina.
