Six months ago, we all watched in horror as rioters perpetrated the most serious attack on the U.S. Capitol building since 1814.

Donald Trump incited the violent insurrection after months of fueling election disinformation from right outside the White House to social media platforms like Facebook.

Now, only six months later, Facebook is letting the “Team Trump” account resume political ads, despite its role in helping incite the insurrection in the first place, AND their temporary ban of Trump’s personal accounts.

Facebook says the new ads aren’t in Trump’s “voice”, but who do they think they’re fooling? Either they keep letting Trump threaten our democracy, or they keep him off Facebook for good.
