Next week, working families will start getting an expanded child tax credit: $250 to $300 a month in tax refunds for each kid.

The improved Child Tax Credit is going to make a huge difference for American families. The tax will help reduce child poverty, and I support making this tax cut for working parents permanent.

Jim Jordan is trying to get rid of it.

My opponent has repeatedly backed increasing taxes for working and middle class folks, while supporting tax cuts for billionaires and corporations. Jordan’s opposition to the expanded Child Tax Credit makes it more clear than ever that he’s not working for us.
