Action Alert: Find Out if Your Representatives Support the Closing the Meal Gap Act

The Closing the Meal Gap Act, a bill sponsored by Representatives Alma Adams, Barbara Lee, and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand would improve SNAP by making the program more accessible and comprehensive by:

☑️ Increasing the baseline for SNAP benefits by approximately 30%.
☑️ Eliminating eligibility limits and unrealistic barriers to SNAP participation.
☑️ Eliminate time limits on SNAP benefits for all Americans.
☑️ Expand SNAP benefits for those living in U.S. territories.

Find out if your representatives support the Closing the Meal Gap Act. If they don't, call or write them to voice your support!
