I hope you've had a good Fourth of July weekend, folks. Right now, I'm back home with my wife Sharla and the kids, and we celebrated America's independence here on the farm in Big Sandy.
As I soak up these moments, I'm also reflecting on how unique this year feels. Our country's on the road to healing and recovery from COVID-19, thanks to swift, dedicated leadership from folks like you.
There's a lot to look forward to the rest of the year. The American people are finally starting to reap a fruitful harvest and we are just getting started.
We can and should feel proud of the successes we've had so far — but I'm not here to BS you, folks: There’s a lot more we need to do to help Montanans get ahead.
That's why I'm asking: Can you take a moment to share your input by filling out our July Issues Survey? I want to hear what concerns and priorities are most urgent to you as we enter the second half of the year.
Your feedback helps me better serve you in the U.S. Senate. Thanks for taking a few moments to share your thoughts before I return to Washington.
