MOVING PAST LOCKDOWNS AND LOOKING TO THE FUTURE
[link removed]
By One Nation Leader Senator Pauline Hanson
Take it from someone whoâs been locked up for 11 weeks in maximum security - the removal of personal freedoms eventually breaks the strongest of characters and rewires an individual's disposition long term.
Call it what you want, cabin fever, neurosis, climbing the walls, claustrophobia, or temporary insanity. They are all symptoms of lockdowns and stay-at-home orders while eroding our everyday freedoms.
In 2014, it was estimated over 77,000 Australians were hospitalised with pneumonia.
Meanwhile, in 2017, the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) recorded 4,269 deaths here at home from influenza and pneumonia, making it the 9th leading cause of death and yet we didnât shut the borders.
Across the world, mankind has been playing with coronavirus since its discovery in the 1960âs. I donât use the term âplayingâ lightly. Itâs been the subject of much experiment on humans with cold-like symptoms for 60 years.
And even with the discovery of other equally infectious human coronaviruses including SARS (2003) and MERS (2013), the world has never issued stay-at-home measures, shut state borders, or destroyed businesses as we have with COVID.
But if universal Governments continue with their fear campaign while supporting Resident Evil like laboratories that play god with viruses, weâre bound to face further viral outbreaks.
The truth is, we are overpopulating our city centres, making them ideal petri dishes for close contact transmission.
You only need to look at the traditional suburban backyards that I grew up in within the 50âs, 60âs and 70âs that have died a slow death as Councils and developers approve smaller house lots.
Brisbane city blocks of land now start from 180 square metres, with homeowners forced to live like battery hens with no yard and barely centimetres between brick walls.
Is there any wonder why repeated lockdowns and stay-at-home orders have sent people mad?
2016 ABS data reveals 16.6 million Australians (71%) live in a major city. Meanwhile, just 2.2 million (9.7%) people live in small towns.
Letâs face it, Aussies are abandoning small towns with dwindling government services, a lack of infrastructure, and deteriorating roads, yet theyâve proven to be the safest place to live throughout the coronavirus outbreak.
With more than two-thirds of our population living in Australian cities, the bulk of us have become sitting ducks in the event of a severe outbreak or deliberate viral attack.
If thereâs one thing Covid-19 has taught me, itâs the importance of our small towns and the significance of our farming and mining sectors. Both industries powered and fed Australiaâs economy, while small towns offered life as normal to the 1 in 10 Australians who havenât given up on regional Australia.
Common sense would suggest to political leaders that itâs time we examine the kind of Australia we want in the new covid world. Because letâs face it, the virus isnât going anywhere soon.
Do we continue growing densely populated cities, or do we finally start dispersing the nation's wealth and better funding our regional areas that will entice families to move into less populated parts of our country?
COMING SOON â VACCINE PASSPORTS WILL CONTROL WHERE YOU CAN GO, WHAT YOU CAN DO AND MUCH MORE
[link removed]
One Nation MP For Mirani Stephen Andrew
Earlier this month, hundreds of thousands of Australians were told they could now access their brand-new digital coronavirus-vaccination-certificates.
The certificates have a fancy coat of arms hologram on them, and include the personâs name, date of birth, and a green tick declaring the bearer of the certificate has been-vaccinated.
Government Services Minister, Linda Reynolds, said the new record would make it simple and easy for people to now show their vaccination-status when asked.
Donât be fooled. This seemingly slow and piecemeal approach, hides a carefully laid out strategy to advance the eventual roll-out of a fully-fledged âvaccine-passportâ system in Australia, as quietly and unobtrusively as possible.
Despite the best efforts of the Governmentâs team of behavioural ânudgeâ strategists, however, there can be no mistaking where things are heading in Australia.
According to US critic, Naomi Wolf, the passport issue is the âhill we all need to die onâ. Last month, she told Fox News:
âI am not overstating this. I canât say it forcefully enough. This is literally the end of human liberty in the West if this plan unfolds as planned. Vaccine passports sound like a fine thing, if you donât understand what these platforms can do âŠ"
âItâs not about the vaccine. Itâs not about the virus. Itâs about your data. And once this rolls out you will no longer have a choice about being part of the systemâ.
âWhat people have to understand is that any other functionality can be loaded onto that platform with no problem at all. What that means is that it can be merged with your Paypal account, your digital currency, tax records âŠMicrosoft is already talking about merging it with payment plans.â
âYour networks can be sucked up. It geolocates you wherever you go. Your credit history can be included. All of your medical history is included.â
In other words, it provides the perfect platform for a Chinese-style âsocial creditâ system in Australia, and you better believe thatâs what the government will use it for.
The heavy-handed propaganda we are seeing in the media that links these âpassportsâ with a return to âfreedomâ has - like Orwellâs inverted âfreedom is slaveryâ - all the twisted logic of doublespeak.
If this system allows access, it can just as easily be reversed. Think on that.
THE GENDER AND SEXUALITY FREE-FOR-ALL IN NSW SCHOOLS
By One Nation NSW Leader Mark Latham MLC
Imagine your 12-year-old son or daughter coming home from high school one afternoon to tell you, out of the blue, that earlier in the day they had been part of a Gender Sexuality Alliance (GSA) meeting where it was said to be âGay at the GSAâ. With other students, they had played games of âqueer triviaâ and discussed a range of âLGBTQIAP topicsâ.
That long list of letters stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual and Pansexual.
Imagine being told by your 12-year-old they had attended the meeting following a notification sent to all students by the schoolâs Deputy Principal that read as follows:
âItâs Gay at the GSA. The GSA (Gender Sexuality Alliance) is on Thursdays (today) in LC4! We thought now would be an amazing time to start it, alongside Pride month. For our first meeting we will be doing queer trivia and collecting possible LGBTQIAP topics to discuss. (Allies Welcome).â
Imagine not being asked by the school to grant consent for your child to attend.
Imagine a NSW Minister for Education who condoned this. Who, in fact, when asked about the GSA meeting and lack of prior-notice to parents, raised no objection.
Welcome to NSW school education under the Berejiklian Liberal-National Party Government.
The school is Merewether High in Newcastle. The Deputy Principal is Jane Crooks. The Gender Sexuality Alliance met on June 3. The Education Minister is Sarah Mitchell.
Following parental complaints, I raised this matter with Minister Mitchell on the NSW parliamentary notice paper, asking how this was a legitimate school activity and why parents had not been asked to grant consent for their children to attend.
Mitchell replied that the Merewether GSA was a âstudent initiated and student led support groupâ. But clearly from the notice sent out by Ms Crooks, the meeting was organised by the Deputy Principal. Her use of âweâ and "ourâ showed she was personally in charge of the activity.
Mitchell then claimed, âThere is no associated event titled âItâs Gay at the GSAâ.
Hello, that was the event, clearly spelt out at the beginning of Crooks' notification.
This is the problem with Sarah Mitchell. Sheâs become a weak, vacuous parrot for the Departmental line. Instead of personally checking on my complaint and establishing the facts, she relied on the school and some bureaucratic flunky to write out an answer for her. And been badly misled by them.
Mitchell also wrote of how, âThe support group was not conducted in class time. Parental consent was not required for students to participate in the support group.â She said, âThe Department does not centrally monitorâ school groups like the GSA and while a Controversial Issues In Schools Policy notionally exists, it did not apply in this case.
I asked Mitchell what action she was going to take against the Deputy Principal but she did not respond to this part of my question. The answer is obviously None.
The Minister must be happy with what occurred. She sees no problem with children as young as 12 learning about Transgender, Pansexuality and the rest of the new gender/sexuality alphabet. Seemingly, this has become a legitimate part of the NSW schools system under the Berejiklian Government.
Mitchell does not believe that parents need to grant consent for such activities. She has no empathy for the sense of betrayal and anger felt by the Merewether parents who contacted me about the GSA notification.
These are loving parents who care for their children and have a natural instinct to protect them from unnecessary and age inappropriate activities.
They believe if someone is going to talk to their young ones about gender and sexuality, it should be them, as parents. Not strangers in a strange school setting, with the parents finding out only if their children tell them.
Mitchell, in short, has abdicated her duty of care to protect children in our schools from age inappropriate sexual content.
She has wiped the rights of parents, downgrading them to second class citizens, to be kept in the dark by schools.
Worst of all, the Minister has sent a message to every other school and teacher in the system that they too can make LGBTIQIAP âeducationâ a frontline activity. They too can ignore the legitimate rights of parents and get away with it.
The Merewether example explains why a new and unexpected obsession about gender and sexuality is sweeping through the NSW school system, worrying the life out of parents and many of their perplexed and traumatised children.
I am yet to hear anyone explain why sexuality and gender fluidity need to be a regular part of school life and school teachings.
It is possible to go through 13 years of school and not know the sexuality of your teachers. Or care about the sexuality alphabet. Or to do anything other than master academic subjects, get good grades, enjoy yourself and move on to a successful adult life.
This is what we used to call âeducationâ.
There was a time when teachers lived by the motto 'In Loco Parentis', meaning they were only ever acting in place of parents. And they had a responsibility to respect parents as the primary educators of children.
In fact, in NSW thatâs still the law. Section 4(b) of the Education Act, written at a different time, with different, mainstream values, states, âThe education of a child is primarily the responsibility of the childâs parents.â
By any decent standard, this should apply to content about LBGTIQIAP, especially the transgender component. While teachers can disappear for a 6-week holiday at yearâs end and eventually change schools, parents are left dealing with the lifelong consequences of these youthful, hastily-arranged gender transitions.
Minister Mitchell has allowed Merewether High to ignore the law of NSW. She has stood by aimlessly and ineffectively, a National Party political neuter, leaving parents around the State stranded, as they struggle to cope with the consequences of a gender and sexuality free-for-all in our schools.
