I’m so happy to be spending my long weekend out in our community and seeing everyone’s faces in person.
Today, we celebrate the things that bring people together -- our common hopes and values of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
We truly have more in common than we have that separates us, and I want to continue centering these conversations that make our community stronger. Our diversity makes us strong, but our shared experiences and hopes make us even stronger.
I am so proud to be named one of the most bipartisan members of Congress, and I’m also proud to have helped my fellow Democrats pass bills like the American Rescue Plan and the For the People Act that directly help our community.
Together, we can get so much done. I’m so happy to have you on my side as we continue fighting for the things that we hold most dear.
