Happy Fourth of July, friends!

One year ago, I decorated my car with posters and drove through our district to safely celebrate this holiday with my community.

Things look a lot different this year. I’m so happy to be able to celebrate in-person with friends, family, and neighbors. Our community is stronger than ever -- especially thanks to the 63% of Michigander adults who’ve gotten at least their first vaccine dose to help beat this virus!

I hope you’re enjoying a celebration of your own this weekend. It’s time to make sure our country comes back stronger than ever, and I’m confident that we can do it -- we’re in this together.
