Happy Independence Day, friends!

Today is a day to celebrate our country’s independence and the strides we have made towards living up to our ideal of freedom for all. 

I am thinking today of our service members who have and who continue to risk their lives to protect our freedom and their families who also sacrifice and share in their service. I am committed to fighting every day for the resources and support our veterans and service members need. 

America is the greatest country in the world, I truly believe that, but we have more work left to do to ensure freedoms and protections for all of our fellow Americans.
