This week, members of the House select committee to investigate the January 6 insurrection were announced; eight picks would come from Nancy Pelosi and five from Kevin McCarthy.

Pelosi, understandably, nominated only members that understand the full extent of the damage that that dark day had on our democracy. McCarthy, on the other hand, is rumored to be considering nominating SEVERAL members of Congress that may have played an intimate role in the planning and execution of that unprecedented attack on the cornerstone of our democracy.

AOC rightfully called McCarthy out, saying that these Republicans can't “be a part of the investigation” into the January 6th terrorist attack. Here at When Democrats Turn Out, we're taking this a step further, and we want to know if you agree:
