John,
In April, HB 2183 and HB 2332 were passed by the Kansas Legislature over the veto of Governor Kelly -- and both bills have sparked multiple lawsuits in the past month. Those behind the lawsuits are arguing that these bills unconstitutionally infringe upon the voting rights of Kansans and our right to free speech. [[link removed]]
These infringements actively impede upon voter accessibility -- not to mention, they're undoubtedly unconstitutional. [[link removed]]

It is clear that Republicans are hellbent on infringing upon the rights of voters statewide. We must elect more Democrats in Kansas so that we can fight even harder against this obstruction .
The Kansas Democratic Party is mobilizing statewide to engage with voters and support Democratic candidates in Kansas. We need help from supporters like you in order to continue our work.
Could you contribute $25, $35, $50, or $100 today to help us put more Democrats in office across Kansas? [[link removed]]
Onwards,
KDP Team
