Respecting Gender Diversity

On the last day of Pride Month, the U.S. Government announced that an ‘X’
option will soon be available for folks who don’t identify as ‘male’ or
‘female’ to use on their passports. This is a huge step in the right
direction for gender diversity in the United States.

Ro introduced the bill in 2020 to help make this happen, and we are
thrilled that we have finally won this fight. Like Ro said: If our country
is going to truly respect the rights of all, respecting the freedom of
gender expression is the first step.
