Friend,

This week, I had the honor of welcoming First Lady Dr. Jill Biden and Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff to Phoenix -- the last stop on the White House's Vaccine Month of Action Tour.

Vaccines are one of the best protections we have in the fight against COVID-19. That's why the three of us would like to encourage you, your friends, and your family to get vaccinated!

We are looking forward to getting out in the community and helping people with whatever barriers are out in front of us.

Our fight is far from over, but there’s no doubt our future looks strong because of local action.

To find a COVID-19 vaccine near you or for more information, please visit www.Vaccines.gov

Together, we can end this virus.

Thank you,

-- Mayor Kate Gallego
