I hope you have a relaxing and fun-filled time with friends and family celebrating the birth of our nation. There is a number of July 4th celebrations across Northwest Georgia to enjoy this weekend: July 3rd Catoosa County Ringgold - Catoosa County Run, White, & Blue (5K and 1-Mile Fun Run): 8:00 AM @ The Colonnade Ringgold - Catoosa County Fireworks Fest 2021 - The Catoosa County Fireworks Fest 2021 begins at 4:00 PM. Saturday, July 3 at the Northwest Georgia Amphitheater, 220 Catoosa Circle in Ringgold. There is no admission fee, but food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from a variety of vendors. The fireworks show begins at approximately 9:30 PM. Artists in four bands will begin playing at 4:00 PM and continue until the fireworks show. Chattooga County Summerville - Celebrate Independence Concert & Fireworks Festival: Festival will include food, vendors, game, music, 50/50 raffle, and fireworks. The concert will feature Hunter Chastain. Location: The Chattooga Ag Center from 6:30- 9:30 PM. Dade County Trenton - 1945 Dade County Fair will include Moon Pie Eating Contest, Watermelon Eating Contest, Frozen T-Shirt Contest, Hairy Leg Contest, Fireworks, Food & More. Location: Jenkins Park (Prince St, Trenton, GA 30752) Floyd County Cave Spring - Cave Spring Independence Day Celebration 2021 – Parade, Car show, Festival, & Fireworks will include venders, food, arts & crafts, and live music all day. Location: Downtown Cave Spring Haralson County Tallapoosa - Annual Fourth of July Celebration in Downtown Tallapoosa. The Memorial Service starts 10:00 AM-1:00 PM at the Veterans Memorial and Medal of Honor Park. The Parade starts at 1:00 PM-3:00 PM at Downtown Tallapoosa and the Fireworks will start at dark in Helton Howland Park. Pickens County Jasper - Jasper Lions Club 2021 Independence Day Celebration Parade starts at 1:00 PM Paulding County Dallas - Dallas Invitational Parade in Downtown Dallas from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Murray County Chatsworth - Independence Day Fireworks will have fun, food, a live band, and of course fireworks at the Recreation Center on 745 W. Chestnut Street, Chatsworth, GA 30705-1129 from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. July 4th Floyd County Rome - Patriotic Festival in the Park at Ridge Ferry Park from 3:00 PM to 9:30PM. Fireworks will start at 9:50 PM. Gordon County Calhoun - Star Spangled Celebration starts with gates opening at 5:00 PM, and concerts and activities beginning at 6:00 PM. Fireworks are scheduled for 9:30 PM. Have a safe and wonderful 4th of July!
