Special Session Taking Place Next Week Last week, Gov. Greg Abbott announced July 8 as the Special Session Date. Gov. Abbott’s office has not yet released what legislative priorities will be included, however, Texas Values is urging him to protect women from the unfair competition of biological males on women’s sports and protect children from harmful gender transition procedures and treatments. These issues remain unresolved from the Legislature’s regular session and we are requesting that they be included in the special session agenda. |

Thank You for Your Generosity We are overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible support and generosity we received this past year. Because of your faithful support and prayers, we were able to meet and exceed our 2021 fiscal year-end (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021) fundraising goals and matching grants to support Texas Values’ work to help Christian values thrive in Texas. We are honored to have incredible supporters and activists like you! With big challenges ahead, including the start of the 2021 Texas Legislative Special Session next week, your continued support from this past fiscal year's financial partnership, activism, and prayers are making a huge impact. You can be assured that we will continue to lead the fight for faith, family, and freedom in the rest of 2021 and beyond! |
