John, the walls are closing in on Donald Trump.

As Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance and New York Attorney General Letitia James conclude their investigations into the Trump Organization, Donald Trump is getting nervous.

Calling the investigations “rude, nasty, and totally biased,” Trump is bizarrely saying, “Washington, D.C. and ultimately, the US Supreme Court, should finally stop these vicious, angry, and highly partisan prosecutors.”

We disagree, John. Trump has evaded the law for years, running a criminal enterprise from New York and then the White House. Congress failed to hold him accountable -- and now this failed president is FINALLY facing the possibility of jail time.

But Jane Mayer recently sounded the alarm in the New Yorker, saying that “Florida's Republican governor, Ron DeSantis, an ally, might not honor an extradition request from New York if a bench warrant were issued for Trump's arrest.”

If Trump isn't indicted now, he'll just go back to hiding out at Mar-A-Lago forever, protected by his good friend Governor DeSantis. We need to show New York investigators that the American people demand accountability. So, John, please tell us where you stand:
Should Donald Trump be indicted?
