Today Is Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day

We know from the community discussion happening at Breastcancer.org that people living with metastatic disease often feel isolated from the pink-colored efforts associated with breast cancer awareness, especially in the month of October.

While so much of the awareness conversation is focused on finding a cure, for people with metastatic breast cancer, a cure is their hope, but getting the best care now is their primary plan.

People living with metastatic breast cancer are in a continuous cycle of treatment, managing side effects and hoping for a therapy that improves their quality of life.

People living with metastatic breast cancer need information and peer support every day of the year ([link removed] , not just on Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day or during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. And with your help ([link removed] , that's what Breastcancer.org provides.

With your donation to Breastcancer.org's CARE Fund today ([link removed] , we'll continue to provide these important resources to our metastatic community -- people who rely on us every day.
