This is disturbing, John.

The GOP is so desperate to recall Gavin Newsom, they're recruiting an army of volunteers to police the polls to prevent "voter fraud and voter intimidation tactics" during the recall election.

We don’t know about you, but a bunch of Trump supporters and anti-vaxxers policing the polls sounds a lot like voter intimidation to us. Here's what we expect:

» Trumpers telling voters to surrender mail-in ballots and vote in-person instead.

» General disruptions at the polls -- yelling, filming, and voter intimidation that goes well-beyond "observing."

» Challenging anyone they believe could be casting a ballot "illegally."

These practices are deceptive and legally murky. Unfortunately, they could have a real impact on Governor Newsom's chances. That's where you come in:
