An immigration group represented by Kris Kobach is suing President Joe Biden's administration over their immigration policies according to a federal lawsuit filed Thursday. This lawsuit is a desperate attempt to try to reinstate the cruel border policies of the previous administration and comes at a time when Kobach is running to be Kansas' next Attorney General.
