I’ve witnessed first hand how impactful and inspiring it is for our affordable housing community to come together at the NPH Conference. 

Your workshop proposal is a key contribution to the program, helping us ensure that our workshop slate is diverse and represents a healthy variety of our affordable housing industry’s most timely topics. 

Remember, regardless of how long you’ve been in the field, your unique experience is beneficial for our movement! Not only does presenting a workshop allow you to share your wisdom, but it’s a great opportunity to network, grow connections, and empower our industry with shared expertise.

• Please make sure that your proposal falls within one, or all, of these, of these frameworks: 

  • Racial Equity and Justice;
  • COVID-19 Response and Recovery; and/or
  • Rebuilding a Just Society 
• And don’t forget that your workshop should fall within at least one of these tracks:
  • Housing as a Foundation to Racial and Economic Equity and Inclusion 
  • Industry Innovation and Housing Development Best Practices and Needs
  • Affordable Housing Finance
  • Property and Asset Management 
  • Resident Services 
  • Non-Profit Operations
  • Federal, State, and Local Advocacy and Policy Solutions
  • Addressing Homelessness
