We were worried about this, John.

Today the Supreme Court handed down their decision in Brnovich v. Democratic National Committee , and it's not good news. In a 6-3 decision, they held that ballot restrictions in Arizona that disproportionately affected Latinx, Black, and Native American communities weren't in violation of the Voting Rights Act .

This is another in a series of decisions handed down by the Court that impairs voting rights . But this doesn't mean we should give up.
