I write with gratitude for all you do to support this campaign. Thanks to everyone who chipped in, we reached our end-of-quarter goal.

You understand as much as I do the importance of listening to one another and working together in good faith. Too many of my colleagues don't share in our understanding -- but I'm not giving up. Not on the For the People Act, not on getting people out of their corners, and I'm most certainly not giving up on optimism.

Our successful fundraising quarter tells me that you share in that optimism, and I'm so grateful. Thanks for your continued faith in me and for everything you do to make a difference.
