Just as you’re an essential part of our campaign, today we must recognize others who are essential to making our country run.

Today, July 1st is National Postal Workers Day. Over the last year, when our postal service was attacked by Donald Trump and Republican elected officials across the country, the commitment of postal workers never wavered.

As we worked to make voting by mail easier and encouraged it for all voters in the 2020 election, their hard work helped make it a success. They made sure everyone, whether they had access to transportation or the ability to miss work to make it to the polls, had their voice heard in our elections.

And for that, we are forever grateful.

When you get the chance, thank your local postal workers and show them some appreciation for all that they do!
