John, I’ll be blunt:

I’m officially running for Senate in Kentucky to defeat Rand Paul, and I really need to raise $20,000 today to show the GOP we have the power to win. Will you split $5 right now to help me out? » [link removed]

BEAT RAND PAUL: DONATE $5 » [link removed]

John, I know how much elections matter.

I grew up in the West End of Louisville, and for years, I lived in the poorest zip code in the Commonwealth.

I’ve rationed my insulin to have money to feed my family.

I’ve lost people I love to gun violence.

I’ve lived the struggle other politicians just talk about, but I’ve also seen the incredible kindness, strength, and resilience of our state.

And the policies Rand Paul has fought for -- like tax cuts for the top 1% -- did nothing to help me or the people in my community.

I’m running for Senate because I know our state deserves a real fighter -- not someone who bows to Trump and his cronies.

But the National GOP knows just how much power this movement has, so they are already dumping dark money into this race.

I really need to prep early if we are going to take them on. Please, split a donation between me and the folks at Save Democracy so we can fight Rand Paul, Mitch McConnell and the radical GOP. » [link removed]

Kentuckians show up for each other. Our leaders should show up for us, too.

Thank you for being with me from the beginning. Let’s win this.
