Support the Little Red Schoolhouse














Dear John,



One of the most exciting developments over the last year has been the growth of our youth movement. In NY, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Chicago, Columbus, Boulder, and elsewhere brand-new party clubs and YCL organizing collectives are being established.





The party wishes we could take credit for it, but the fact is, much of the growth is spontaneous, in reaction to Trump, January 6th and the mass radicalization process. But as you know, unless we are intentional about our organizing, this growth alone will only take us so far!



In response to this growth, we're holding a nine-day Marxist summer school from July 23 to August 1. We're calling it "The Little Red Schoolhouse," where we plan to provide a basic introduction to Marxism-Leninism, complete with a working-class guide to NY and a host of other activities, including outdoor concerts and ballroom vogue dancing from the LGBTQ street culture of NYC.

Please consider helping defray the school's expenses by making a recurring donation. [ [link removed] ] Because of the financial cruch, we sure could use it!




Interest has been overwhelming. Fed up with COVID and more than ready to hit the streets, already some 140 young people from around the country want to attend, more than we can accommodate this time around. But not to worry! This only means we'll have to stream classes online to satisfy demand!



Listen, we want to establish the Little Red Schoolhouse as a permanent feature of our educational work, including weekend retreats, winter sessions, and a summer encampment in the country for a few hundred students.



We're writing today to ask your help in making this possible by becoming a monthly sustainer [ [link removed] ] to the Little Red Schoolhouse and our educational work. This summer your contribution will help the CPUSA provide childcare, purchase whiteboards, books, and a large viewing screen. The New York City party clubs are preparing meals but we'll need to

purchase a freezer [ [link removed] ] in order to store it. Can you help?
