Webinar | Consumer Voices Uncut
We are pleased to announce that our final webinar before we take a summer break from our programme of online events is entitled 'Consumer Voices Uncut'.
On Thursday 8th July special guest Mark Littlewood, director general of the Institute of Economic Affairs (above), will join a panel of consumers that includes smokers and vapers (heated tobacco and e-cigarettes).
Other guests include Henry Hill, news editor, Conservative Home; journalist Pat Nurse; artist Anita Chowdry; vaping advocate Andy Morrison; and smokers' rights campaigner Emily Wieja.
Together with moderator Rob Lyons and Forest director Simon Clark they will discuss the UK Government's imminent tobacco control plan plus recent calls to raise the age of sale of tobacco to 21, introduce health warnings on individual cigarettes, and ban smoking in beer gardens and other outdoor areas.
These and other proposals are designed to achieve a 'smoke free England' by 2030 but what does our panel make of them?
Unlike most nicotine-related webinars and events we give a platform to all consumers – including confirmed smokers who don't want to quit – so do join us and make your voice heard.

Virtual summer drinks party
As this is our last webinar until the autumn we would also like to invite you to bring a drink and the nicotine product/device of your choice. Sadly we can't host our famous Summer Boat Party this year but we can have a modest virtual drinks party so do join us!
