California has become a Third World Country

Hey,

For hundreds of thousands of Californians this week, they have been told to prepare to live in the dark.

The rolling blackouts are unacceptable. This is 2019, not 1819. Every Californian has come to expect so little from its Liberal Dominated Government. Not being able to keep the lights on is a new low.
