John,
I need just a little help today. I know you're getting lots of end-of-quarter fundraising emails from candidates who are running for office right now.
Thanks to your support, I won my election last year, and am now working hard every day to push forward progressive policies to combat climate change, reform our justice system, and create equitable, abundant housing for all.
But, here's the thing –– I still need your help.
In order to get anything done, we need everyone. Together, with your help John, we will launch an organizing ground game like DeKalb has never seen, and it will be built by and with the community (that's you!).
So here's the ask: please donate at least $25 before midnight tonight and consider making it monthly to sustain our ongoing organizing efforts throughout DeKalb County. Thank you for being a part of our movement. We wouldn't be here without your support, and together I know we can continue to push progressive policies forward and make a real difference in peoples lives.
- Ted
P.S. If you can afford it, please sign up as a monthly sustainer for as little as $5 a month. Your support got us here, and your continued support will take us even farther. Thank you. Ted Terry is the former mayor of Clarkston, Georgia - the most ethnically diverse square mile in America. Ted was elected as the first and only millennial member of the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners in November, 2020. This email was sent to [email protected] because we want to keep you updated about Ted's work to bring new energy and new ideas to DeKalb. Paid for by Ted for DeKalb
