Last time around, Republicans spent more than $7,000,000 to unseat AG Herring (to no avail) and we expect them to ramp up spending even more. If the GOP had succeeded in 2017, Virginia wouldn’t have an AG who fought to protect the Affordable Care Act in the Supreme Court, who stood up to the NRA to defend gun violence prevention measures, and who worked with the legislature to ban chokeholds and no-knock warrants.

AG Herring’s work has made Virginia a safer, more equitable place for everyone – and we need more Democratic AGs like him in office, in every state across the country.
