Midnight is only a few hours away, and with it, our end-of-quarter deadline. The numbers we report to the FEC will tell our radical Republican opponents a lot about how prepared we are to elect Democrats around the country in 2022 -- that's why we need a big show of strength tonight.
Yesterday, we launched our Save Our Senate fund to defend and expand the Democratic Senate majority, and with the deadline coming up, we wanted to give you a quick update on our progress.
Democrats must make the Senate our number one priority this cycle because the American people cannot afford any more obstruction, demagoguery, or lies from Mitch McConnell and radical Senate Republicans.
If we can't defend seats in states like Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada, any hope Democrats have of expanding our majority will be lost, and we will lose the Senate. On top of that, Democrats need to win new seats in states like Florida, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania so that we can push forward and pass the sweeping progressive vision President Biden has set for our country.
We need to raise $5,000 by midnight to hit our goal as we launch our Save Our Senate Fund. Thanks to your support, we're ALMOST there -- we're currently at $4,254 raised.
