Hi John – how are you? I wanted to send you a final note before our deadline tonight and thank you for your donations and support so far. You have shown up for me in a big way, and I want you to know that I will continue to show up for you.

I know that in order to hold this seat, we have to be strong. This is the first time our fundraising numbers will be public since the NRCC launched its ads attacking me, and we know Republicans are watching our finances to see if their smear ads are working. Let’s show them they shouldn't waste their time or money here!

Even though we are up against a ton of national Republican money ($$$) and nationally coordinated attacks, I continue to refuse to rely on cheap, attention-grabbing, divisive rhetoric to make headlines. I have always believed the work will speak for itself, and I continue to stand by that.
