Take our survey on zoning and subdivision ordinances
Subdivision
Village staff are working to create a Unified Development Ordinance, or UDO, that brings together the Village's current patchwork of zoning and subdivision ordinances into a single unified set of codes.
This update will align Oswego?s development regulations, land-use practices, and community vision with its comprehensive plan and will include updates to zoning districts, uses, subdivision standards, stormwater, zoning applications, parking, landscaping, and definitions, and will give developers a single set of requirements for building in Oswego. Learn more about the proposed UDO and* take the survey. [ [link removed] ]*
