Dear John,

In a minute I am going to ask you to make a contribution to our campaign before tonight's end-of-quarter deadline, but first I wanted to let you know what my colleagues and I have accomplished these past few months.

First, we reached a bipartisan infrastructure agreement that will invest 1.2 trillion dollars in our bridges, roads, broadband, plumbing, clean energy infrastructure, and so much more. This historic agreement will be one of the most important investments our country has made in decades.

This infrastructure package will create thousands of new, good-paying jobs, will improve our roadways and bridges, will expand access to clean drinking water and high-speed broadband, and take us one step closer to building our country back better.

In addition to helping negotiate this infrastructure package, the Senate passed the Growing Climate Solutions Act. As co-chair of the Bipartisan Climate Solutions Caucus, I'm proud of this most recent example of how we can work across the aisle to find common ground on solutions that will protect our environment and combat climate change.

My colleagues and I have also passed legislation to invest in U.S. innovation and make Juneteenth a federal holiday, and we're making great progress on carbon capture bills, housing reform, and funding for scientific research.

It's been a busy few months and I'm honored to be working for you and your family, but I need your help to keep fighting. Our campaign's end-of-quarter deadline is tonight and we need your help to hit our goal. Can I count on your support before midnight so I can stay focused on the fights ahead?
