When I took the oath of office as Attorney General, I swore an oath to serve and protect all Nevadans.

Now, over two years later, I’ve continued to live and work by that oath. Our office sued the Trump Administration over a dozen times and fought back against its federal overreach. We took multinational corporations to court over consumer fraud, and our team brought back millions of dollars to help Nevadans from our settlement victories. Most recently, I stood up to one of the world’s most prestigious consulting companies and recovered $45 million to help our state recover from the opioid crisis.

The amount of power and responsibility that lies with the Attorney General’s office is immense, and working families in Nevada can’t afford to have another AG like my predecessor.
