We know we’ve been in your inbox a lot lately as we approach tonight’s end-of-quarter fundraising deadline.

But this morning, we wanted to reach out to you about the tragedy that took place in South Florida last week.

On June 24, a building suddenly collapsed in Surfside, Florida. At the time we are sending this, 16 have been declared dead while 147 people remain unaccounted for.

The Surfside community needs our support — especially the victims and the families of those in the building who are now experiencing displacement. If you’re able, please consider splitting a contribution between three charities working on the ground in Surfside to deliver immediate relief: Support Surfside, Greater Miami Jewish Federation, and the Chesed Fund.
