Hey —
The Supreme Court dismissed (yet another) baseless GOP challenge to the Affordable Care Act!
And while this is a decision to celebrate, Republicans STILL oppose the ACA — claiming that the law is “hurting American families'' despite providing affordable coverage to more than 20 million people.
If history is any indication, we can expect more attacks against the ACA in the months and years ahead. We’re going to do everything in our power to stop them, but we need to hold a Democratic majority in Congress next year. Donate $10 to keep the House blue ahead of our end-of-month deadline TONIGHT!

Again and again, Republicans have tried to dismantle the Affordable Care Act, but this most recent attempt — during a global pandemic — proves that they are more concerned with partisan attacks on popular programs than the health and safety of the American people.
NewDems are believers in bipartisanship. We WANT to work with Republicans to strengthen the American healthcare system, but again and again we see partisans like Mitch McConnell and Kevin McCarthy going out of their way to go in the opposite direction. They seem bent on dismantling the progress we’ve made to strengthen the ACA over the past decade.
NewDems will continue to fight to strengthen the ACA and defend our healthcare against partisan attacks — but our success hinges on a Democratic majority: Build our movement to keep the House blue by chipping in $5 or more to NewDems before TONIGHT’S end-of-month deadline! >>
