John,

The radical Left just redoubled its efforts to SEIZE POWER from the American people.

The Biden Administration just filed a lawsuit against the State of Georgia over its new election laws, wrongly branding them “racist” despite the laws making voting easier than in many other states, including Biden’s home state of Delaware.

We told you the Left wants to strip away the states' powers and put election control in the hands of D.C. elites – a direct violation of the Constitution – inviting fraud and eviscerating the integrity of our elections.

But they just lost a Senate vote to advance the ironically named "For the People" Act. The bill would enshrine into law everything that went wrong with the 2020 elections.

It would also UNDO the victory we won against the Obama-Biden IRS, unleashing the IRS to once again target conservatives.

Now the Left is trying to kill the filibuster to strong-arm this unconstitutional bill into law.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. Senator Chuck Schumer vowed: "WE WILL NOT LET IT GO."

If necessary, the ACLJ legal team is prepared to file in this case. We will defend the integrity of our elections and the Constitution, all the way to the Supreme Court.

But we need YOU.
