Those are the U.S. states that have introduced anti-abortion bills in
2021-nearly 370 in total-and the year is only half over!
That's 47 states where anti-abortion politicians are taking aim at the
constitutional right to legal abortion services.

This year is on track to be the most damaging state legislative
session for abortion in decades, but I'm committed to fighting for
abortion access. With so much on the line, a group of Center donors
will MATCH any gift received by MIDNIGHT TONIGHT-$10 to $1, up
to $125,000-to help us defend abortion access.

Anti-abortion lawmakers are executing an aggressive, coordinated
national strategy to restrict abortion access with the ultimate goal
of overturning Roe v. Wade-and now that goal is within their
reach.

Just last month the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to review our case
challenging a Mississippi abortion ban that is a direct challenge to
Roe. There is no outcome in which the Court upholds the law and leaves
the protections of Roe intact.

But even while Roe v. Wade remains the law of the land, access to
abortion care is precarious. We must fight with every ounce of our
energy to ensure that our reproductive rights remain protected.

There's plenty of work ahead, and we need you with us.
