John, We’re well into summer already -- and almost to the last day of NIRH’s fiscal year, which is a critical time to finalize donations. With the U.S. Supreme Court’s announcement that it will hear a challenge to Mississippi’s abortion ban, the fate of Roe v. Wade hangs by a thread -- will you give to help us continue our work? Thank you for your support, SHANNON CAREY Chief Development Officer
Dear John,
I don’t have to tell you that things look increasingly dire for reproductive rights and access to abortion care. With the U.S. Supreme Court’s announcement that it will hear a challenge to Mississippi’s abortion ban, the fate of Roe v. Wade hangs by a thread.
But you and I both know that this is only part of the story: NIRH is out there in cities and states across the country, building a stronger, more effective, and more inclusive movement for reproductive freedom -- and getting results.
In the past year, we’ve seen policy victories in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Mexico, and Virginia, and in Austin, Kalamazoo, Louisville, and NYC. We have a winning strategy, and we know where we need to go next. But we need continued investment in this work to secure reproductive freedom -- no matter what the Supreme Court decides.
John, will you make a gift today to help us keep up the fight?
With your support, NIRH will continue to make deep, long-term investments in state and local advocacy and in building the power of those on the ground to create change across communities - and to leverage that change at the national level. Together, we can and will continue to make a difference.
Thank you in advance for being by our side.
With gratitude, ![]() ANDREA MILLER President
