Today is #GiveOUTDay, the only national day of giving for the LGBTQ community.
When we started this campaign at the beginning of the month, we knew that $20,000 was a lofty goal. Ambitious as it may have been, yesterday you helped put us over the top! On behalf the entire staff of NCTE, I wanted to kick off #GiveOUTDay with a huge THANK YOU!!!
But just as we know our opponents are not going to stop with their attacks, we cannot stop here either. In our final day of this campaign, we have set an even more challenging fundraising goal of $30,000, and I know that with you by our side, we will succeed. It's still early in the day so if you haven't already done so, head to NCTE's #GiveOUTDay page and join us on Team NCTE as a Pride Partner fundraiser today!
Also, from 4PM - 5PM ET, we have the opportunity to win an EXTRA $500 from donations receieved during this "Power Hour!" We're asking you to set an alarm, grab a friend who knows a friend, and each put up $10 for NCTE!
