Dear John,

After a month-long campaign, today is the official Give OUT Day - the only national day of giving for organizations like Equality Virginia to further support the LGBTQ community. Last year, your generosity on Give OUT Day earned EV a spot on the top 3 Large Southern Organizations leader board, and qualified us for an additional $3,000 grant to support our programming, advocacy, and outreach work. This year, we're looking go even higher and setting our sights on a $10,000 bonus! 

Luckily, the Give OUT Day competition isn't measured by how much money we raise, but by how many unique donations we receive. Each individual donation above $10 will help EV secure a spot on the leader board for the second year in a row, and help us reach our new goal! 

Here's how you can help:

1. Visit and share our Give OUT Day page any time between now and 11:59 pm
2. Pledge to give at least $10 to help place us on the leader board 
3. Grab your friends and join EV at one of our regional Give OUT Day events and give in-person

Regional Give OUT Day Events: 

For the past two years, EV supporters have come through in a big way on Give OUT Day and together, we've shown the nation just how passionate Virginians are about LGBTQ equality. This year, let's show them that our commitment is unwavering. Please plan to give at least $10 between now and 11:59 pm tonight to help us reach our goal and secure a $10,000 bonus on Give OUT Day.
