Hi CLCV Member,

Women are fundamentally changing how we’re tackling the climate crisis in this country, so there’s no better time to celebrate phenomenal women in the climate movement.

That’s why on Wednesday, November 13th, the California League of Conservation Voters is honoring four badass women who are re-imagining what’s possible for climate action and building a clean energy future, at our Badass Women in Green Awards!

Bad Ass Women in Green Flyer

The Badass Women in Green Awards celebrates women trailblazers in the environmental movement and fuels the California League of Conservation Voters' efforts to lead California on tackling our climate crisis.

Please join us for a night of hope and inspiration with leaders and legislators from across the state honoring women who are using their voice, platforms, and creativity to create a better future for us for all. Our honorees include Leilani Munter, Race Car Driver and Environmental Activist; Jamie Margolin, Founder of Zero Hour; Tracy Gray, Founder of The 22nd Fund; and Nicole Taylor, CEO of Silicon Valley Community Foundation; with a sustainable menu designed by chef Alice Waters.

We hope you will consider supporting our mission by sponsoring the Badass Women in Green Awards. Sponsorships start at $1,000 and individual tickets are available. Click here to give.

Together, we can take action on the climate crisis and continue to change what is possible. If you have any questions regarding this event, please don’t hesitate to contact our philanthropy department at 510-271-0900 or via email at [email protected].

We believe that radical change is necessary and only by transforming our political system will we create the opportunity to take bold action on climate change. We elect and cultivate environmental champions, turn election victories into policy wins, hold our lawmakers accountable, and build political power for change. We inspire hope and action and fight for equity and justice for all Californians. We are in the business of changing what’s possible. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time.
