Oregon's 2021 Legislative Session just wrapped up this weekend, and Oregon Democrats led the charge on major legislation to help us emerge from the pandemic as a better, safer, and stronger state.

Thanks to leadership from Oregon Democrats, the Legislature passed bills to:

Set the state on the path to 100% clean energy by 2040
Create a long-range plan to mitigate wildfire impacts
Expand affordable housing and mental health services
Make sure ballots count as long as they are postmarked by Election Day
Establish reforms and oversight around policing and community safety, efforts prioritized by the Oregon Legislature's Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) Caucus
Require safe storage of firearms when not in use
... and much, much more!

These bills are now either on their way to the governor's desk, or have already been signed into law. All of these incredible accomplishments were only possible because supporters like you helped elect Oregon Democrats up and down the ballot.
