John, we’re coming up on the final day of the quarter, and here’s some insight as to where we stand:

We’ll be blunt here: If we don’t close this gap, we’re going to be set back for the coming months. That means we’ll have less of an opportunity to reach every Michigander early on in the hotly-contested governor's election.

The Republican Governors Association (RGA) has already begun campaigning in Michigan. They’ve launched misleading attack ads targeting Governor Whitmer, and they’re recruiting candidates as we speak to get in the race.

Despite the RGA’s negative attack ads, Gretchen Whitmer has a strong record to run on, and she’s not afraid to talk about the work her administration has done to keep Michigan on track and help our small businesses and economy recover.

We need to double down on our efforts today to defend Michigan from the radical candidates that are planning to or have already launched their campaigns against Governor Whitmer.
