One year ago today we got some incredible news: The U.S. Supreme Court
ruled in our favor in our case, June Medical Services v. Russo. The
historic ruling struck down an unconstitutional Louisiana law that
would have decimated abortion access in the state.

It's hard to believe that now, just one year later, we're gearing up
for yet another fight at the Supreme Court-this time to defend
the protections provided under the landmark 1973 ruling in Roe v.
Wade. With you by our side, I know we can take on such a momentous
case.

Since our founding nearly 30 years ago, the Center for Reproductive
Rights has been involved in every major abortion rights case that has
come before the Supreme Court-a legacy that I am so honored to
be a part of after successfully arguing June Medical Services on
behalf of our client.

But at the Center, it's not just the days that we spend in court that
matter. We work hard each and every day to defend reproductive rights
so that everyone can make their own decisions about their bodies,
their lives, and their futures.
