Last year the COVID-19 pandemic limited the ways we could be in community. As the nation confronted unprecedented challenges, both social and economic, it was more important than ever for CSE to provide LGBTQ-centered support so we could feel connected even while apart. Together, we have made significant strides toward equality, health and safety – yet our work requires long-term change. 

Tomorrow is #GiveOUTDay, a global day of giving for LGBTQ causes and organizations. Giving is central to CSE’s ethos – just this week, we started processing $50,000 worth of grants in emergency funding for LGBTQ Southerners impacted by the pandemic. Tomorrow, on the only global day of giving for LGBTQ causes and organizations, please pitch in a donation – whether $100, $25, or whatever you can – to support LGBTQ Southerners by supporting the Campaign for Southern Equality. As the nation continues to reopen and reunite, we’re committed to raising funds to keep our emergency aid open for those who need it.
