The NRCC has announced that it will be targeting her district as one they want to flip back to red, and the DCCC has placed Katie on their list of the most vulnerable House Democrats, called Frontline Members. But this month, our fundraising performance is coming up short, leaving Katie vulnerable.

To be frank, we need to respond to this news with the strongest grassroots support possible. Our campaign has a goal of raising $200,000 this week to fight back and keep Katie competitive against her future GOP challenger. Will you please chip in $3 or anything you can today, John?

Week by week, month by month, the donations we receive towards each fundraising goal will add up to build the strongest momentum possible for our movement. But if we fall short of even one goal, it would be a major setback for our campaign.

The GOP is hoping to see Katie’s support and momentum fizzle out. And if we can’t hit our fundraising goal this quarter and post strong numbers to the FEC, it could signal to them that their hopes are coming true.
