We knew they'd put politics and appeasing their MAGA base ahead of the wellbeing of Texas families.
And we knew they'd do everything they could to rig our democracy and make it harder for minorities to vote.
Just as we expected, Texas Republicans are doing just that.
- Gov. Greg Abbott is spending our hard-earned tax dollars on a racist border wall.
- He's defunding the state legislature to make it harder to pass laws to hold him accountable.
- Texas is among the worst offenders in terms of restricting voting rights for minorities.
