Dear friend, 
 
Last week, New Yorkers went to the polls, and we saw some huge wins for our movement! 
 
While it is essential that we wait for every vote to be counted and reallocated, the early results show some big victories in local, boroughwide, and citywide races. 
 
When Nydia first ran for Congress, people said she couldn’t do it. But, she proved them wrong, and now she’s helping others follow in her footsteps. She’s lifting up young, talented leaders, especially people who -- like her -- know firsthand the challenges facing their community.
 
That’s what we saw this week. 
 
These wins came from hard work -- and with your help, Nydia will be able to continue to put in the work for the next generation of leaders.
