Welcome to the movement! Justice Democrats is a people-powered grassroots
organization fighting to transform Congress. We’re not going to tolerate a
government that puts profits above people any longer — it’s time for a
democracy that works for us, not big corporations.

Thank you for standing with us, and taking the first steps towards getting
involved. Everything that we’ve accomplished over the last two years has
been thanks to folks just like you — people who are tired of big monied
interests buying their representatives.

But we can’t win this battle alone. Establishment candidates and big
corporations have nearly all of the institutional advantages in this
system that is rigged to favor bought-and-paid-for politicians. Can you
take a moment to help bolster our people-power, and share Justice
Democrats with your friends, family, and community over social media?

In 2018, we helped shock the nation by supporting Alexandria
Ocasio-Cortez's incredible primary victory. Alongside the rest of our
Justice Democrats-endorsed candidates, progressive champions are fighting
to make the Democratic party take unapologetic, bold stances in favor of
an economy that works for everyone.

That is the model for taking back our government, and ensuring that people
are put above profits. So, we’re working with local communities,
progressive organizations, and everyday activists to find the next
generation of progressive champions for 2020.

If there’s one thing we learned from 2018, it’s that we can't waste any
time if we’re going to defeat corporate-backed candidates who will do
anything to protect the status quo. If we’re going to send even more
progressive champions to the halls of power in Washington, then we have to
start today.

At the end of the day, none of our success would be possible without
supporters like you. The very core of our mission comes from hard-working
folks around the country who are sick and tired of a government that puts
corporate profits before their own wellbeing. It is your power as a voter,
your strength as an activist, and your importance as a person that gives
each and every one of us here at Justice Democrats the strength to keep
fighting.
